We launched EQUILIBRIA MECHATRONICS PVT LTD in Sep 2023 and began operations on 01.04.2024. We manufacture high quality DC Shunts for ALL applications.

The designed / required ohmic value of the DC Shunt, whether in ohms, milli ohms or micro ohms, can be manufactured to an accuracy of 1%, 0.5 %, 0.1% or 0.05%.

Our DC Shunts are used in DC meters, Power supplies, EV charging circuits, Power transmission, Power transmission Testing Equipment, Welding machines, Electroplating rectifiers and many more.

EQUILIBRIA is the brainchild of INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS & INSTRUMENTS (ILI), a 44-year-old company. Established by Late Lt Col D G Tilak , ILI manufactures dashboard instruments and gauges, high precision components and also designs and develops components / sub-assemblies for defence applications.
ILI took over “Paramount Electrical And Mechanical Industries” in the year 2021, a company which manufactured DC Shunts for over 20 years under the brand name “PEMI”. After studying the technology and mastering the manufacturing process ILI began manufacturing DC Shunts in June 2022. To cater more efficiently to the growing market EQUILIBRIA came into existence in Sep 2023.
